Free Tweet Scheduler

I just started using a tweet scheduler called Twuffer, the first thing I noticed about Twuffer is how easy it is to use. First you sign in with twitter, so there no username and password to remember. After you are signed in you just type in your tweet select a day and time and click Schedule Tweet.
